Week 1 Clean eating

So the first week of my healthy lifestyle is done. I must say that except for the early mornings, it wasn’t that difficult. I thought that the clean eating would be really hard and I would be thinking about food all day long, but luckily that wasn’t the case.


I noticed that my weak moment of the day is around lunch time, when I’m usually giving in to unhealthy food and snacks. So I decided to use a meal replacement shake and that’s been going good so far! It doesn’t leave me hungry and it has enough protein, fiber and vitamins.


As for working out it’s been okay. I hit the gym 2 times and went for a run 2 times. So I did achieve my minimal workout plan which is 4 times per week. However I still don’t feel like it’s enough so I’m adding one extra gym day to my regimen.

My goals for this upcoming week is to go harder. Train harder, run harder, focus more and get up earlier. My alarm is set for 5AM and from this week on I will not snooze it!! The journey to a fit body is hard, but staying the way I am now is harder. You only live once right, so why not live it in the body that you love? Yeah, easier said than done, but just like last post #NoMoreExcuses. It’s going down.
